1. Seaside Beach

Of course, if you’re visiting Seaside, the number one activity you must do is visit the beautiful Seaside Beach! Play in the sand along the endless beach, go swimming, or participate in any water activities. Downtown Seaside is just a few blocks away, so beachgoers have easy access to shopping and dining during their visit. There are even beautiful monuments along the beach to Lewis and Clark, as Seaside is the official end of the Lewis and Clark trail across America. Tour the beach on a bike or kayak for added adventure!

  1. Seaside Aquarium

Located just a few short blocks from the beach is Seaside Aquarium, one of the oldest aquariums on the West Coast, where guests can learn about marine life in Oregon’s oceans. Visitors can even hand-feed a family of seals or pet aquatic animals in the aquarium’s touch tank. Admission is just $9 for adults, while children 6-13 cost $4.50, and seniors above 64 can attend for just $7.75. Or bring a whole family of up to six paid admissions for $31! Children five and under can be admitted for free.

  1. Seaside Carousel Mall

If you want to take some time away from the beach during your visit, check out the Seaside Carousel Mall. Kids will love to get the chance to ride the mall’s beautiful merry-go-round, play arcade games, or challenge each other to laser tag inside the mall’s arcade. With plenty of shopping and dining around, there are lots for the whole family to do! Seaside Carousel Mall even hosts birthday parties and events so kids can celebrate their birthdays with a round of laser tag and some shopping! 

  1. Captain Kid Amusement Park

If you have some adventurous kids, they’ll love Captain Kid Amusement Park. With a brand new beautiful go-kart racing track, kids can spend hours driving like real racecar drivers against one another. You can also climb up the 26-foot rock wall, play 18 holes of mini-golf on the outdoor course, or test your stamina in the wild GyroXtreme ride! Attractions are pay-per-ride, with various packages available for pricing.

  1. High Life Adventure Park

For the adventurous outdoorsman, try out High Life Adventure Park! A full aerial challenge course awaits to challenge and excite you. Traverse along platforms, zip lines, and challenge elements raised twenty to forty feet off the ground. Adults can have a whole two-hour aerial adventure experience for $69 each, or kids 4-8 can try out the Junior Course for just $39 each.
