Livestream Core Baby Bounce

In this fun and unique class, parents will spend half of their time on the mat with baby nearby, and half on a physio-ball while baby-wearing, bouncing their way to a content baby and a stronger core! We will practice exercises that work the deep core (transverse abdominis, multifidis, and pelvic floor), release tension in the iliopsoas (hip flexors that are often tight after pregnancy) and help to stabilize your trunk and hips.
*You’re welcome to take this class with or without baby. If taking the class with baby, please wear a symmetrical carrier (ie not a ring sling) and clothing you can move in. Sneakers or bare feet recommended. *Also available for download |
