Core Rebuild Postpartum Pilates

In this Pilates based class, you’ll learn how to access and engage the muscles of the core: the transverse abdominis, multifidis, and pelvic floor, release tension in the iliopsoas (hip flexors that are often tight after pregnancy) and begin to stabilize your trunk and hips; improving posture, helping to correct diastasis recti and pelvic floor disfunction, so you can feel stronger and pain free while lifting, carrying and chasing your little loves. Improve posture, lessen/alleviate lower back pain, and make your stomach look flatter, waist smaller, and restore your strength and confidence (and stop peeing when you sneeze 😉). Whether you had your baby(ies) 3 months ago or 3 years ago, these classes can help you! *PERFECT, GENTLE way to address DIASTASIS RECTI. **Birthing parents with or without babies are welcome to attend.
